The Irish Military Museum And Park offers something for every age and interest and is the ideal family day out.

FAMILIES

Tour the museum at your own pace and gain fascinating wartime insights from our friendly in-house historian. Pick up and feel the weight of a soldier’s gun, sit behind the wheel of an allied World War One vehicle, and try on military fatigues worn by troops during combat. You can even climb into our original FV432 armoured personnel carrier to experience first-hand the potential of this mighty allied tank.
After your museum experience, enjoy a picnic and relax against the backdrop of Meath’s rolling green fields. Let the kids run off some steam in the free playground with slides, swings and a mini obstacle course. For the ultimate fun challenge, why not let the kids loose at our inflatable obstacle course, where games, climbs, crawls, challenges and slides will keep them entertained for hours!
